This project implements a hybrid automation architecture that merges AI-based face recognition model of 3KB size with an accuracy of 97% in low lighting conditions and communicates with a PLC-driven actuation and safety logic . The PLC controls the motors speed and direction, manages the stack light signaling, and has safety measures like E-STOP.
