Proiectul consta in implementarea unui server care realizeaza coneziunea unor clienti ce folosesc protocolul TCP, cu acesta, serverul primeste informatii de la o sursa ce foloseste protocolul UDP, resurse ce sunt trimise clientilor tcp in functie de topic-urile la care acestia sunt abonati in cadrul server-ului.
