A microservice for the testiles project. This portion of the architecture is responsible for the direct interactions with the hardware as well as the ScanQueue. The reason why is because C/C++ is ideal for such a task. C/C++ is more optimal for the scanning portion than C#. The scan is the most important part of the application (the common case).
