I have designed and implemented a minimal command-line interpreter, aka. shell that mimics the functionality of a real UNIX shell (e.g. BASH, ZSH etc). The purpose behind this was to get a hands-on experience in understanding the underlying principles of systems programming and real operating systems concepts.
