Решил по приколу создать недо DOS, который можно запустить на своём ноутбуке из под Windows (проверял на 10-ке). Не судите строго. Я впервые делаю программу на плюсах и вообще. Я недавно только начал смотреть гайды на ютубе про этот язык программирования.
