Adds autoFocus to TapCardViewWidget (default true) so the card number focuses and the keyboard opens when the SDK is ready. Adds native focusCardNumber, dismissKeyboard, and disposeCardView handlers. Fixes the card WebView lingering after back navigation and the keyboard staying open.
