An NLP system for contract analysis supporting PDF/DOCX/email inputs with text extraction, chunking, embeddings, and FAISS search. Using CUAD, I fine-tuned Legal-BERT for 41 multi-label clauses, tracked metrics with W&B, and integrated OLLAMA-phi3 to classify clauses with justifications.
