This Python script applies a slowed reverb effect to an audio file, simulating a slower playback with an added reverb echo. The effect is achieved by decreasing the playback speed of the audio and adding a delayed, decaying echo to create a "reverb" effect. This is ideal for creating a relaxed or atmospheric audio experience.
