在openCV车牌识别的实战项目中，对车牌的提取不可能做到百分之百准确，往往存在多个非车牌区域，此时需要对提取到的所有区域进行分类，找到真正的车牌区域。openCV集成了SVM支持向量机分类算法，这里就训练一个SVM模型对利用图像的lbp特征向量对提取到的区域进行分类。
