Implement and evaluate linear and nonlinear Support Vector Machines (SVM) for binary classification using the Breast Cancer Wisconsin Diagnostic dataset. This project includes data preprocessing, linear SVM, RBF kernel SVM, and quadratic kernel SVM, complete with modular code, hyperparameter tuning, and unit tests.
