A prototype for an Advanced Traffic Signal Notification System that improves driver awareness and traffic flow. Using a Flutter-built mobile app, it connects to Bluetooth beacons near traffic signals. These beacons broadcast the signal state (red or green) to the app, allowing drivers to adjust speed, prepare to stop, or plan their route in advance
