This project aims to investigate the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction and dementia using single-cell RNA sequencing data and advanced machine learning techniques. By leveraging Nvidia frameworks, we analyze various biological and clinical features to gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases.
