Simulation of network ingestion environment for low-latency applications. Circular buffer acts as intake buffer while lock-free queue acts as worker job intake mechanism. Utilizes io_uring to simulate kernel bypass for network packets; utilizes class template specialization. Further plans for correctness, benchmarking and ease of use in the works.
