This is a .jar that will bring up an interface that will press 'C' 14 times (this is how many times my Magicka in TES4 Oblivion my current character can cast before needing to wait to replenish) then 'T' followed directly by down twice then enter to wait. This will allow you character to wait for an hour to replenish Magicka and continue.
