该项目是一个基于php和sqllite数据库的简易在线聊天浏览室，聊天功能采用心跳轮询实现，每三秒进行一次聊天记录同步，同步聊天记录条数可以在update.php内自行更改。通过该项目可以和朋友们一起同时观看同一个网页并聊天交流，适用于一起看小说，看文档，看视频，听音乐网页等等。
