A PAC and POD balancer for artisanal gelato. Among many jobs, I had the opportunity to work for 4 years in a renowned chain of gelato shops and I obtained a certificate from the Carpigiani Gelato University "for pure pleasure". I found it interesting to create a tool to easily balance the ingredients of bases, gelato and sorbets.
