clash订阅工具，它基于ACL4SSR ini配置开发。将原clash订阅配置文件的节点，重新流量分流（重新划分代理分组和规则），支持多个clash订阅合并，重新构建全新的clash订阅配置文件（是传统经典款的clash订阅配置，不是rule-providers订阅配置）。还支持任意代理类型，以后mihomo新增其它的代理类型应该都支持。
