Bash wrapper for ultraplex used for fastq file demultiplexing. This example script is setup to process 3'RNAseq libraries (e.g Lexogen QuantSeq). The script makes sure to only search for 5'barcodes expected to be present in a particular fastq file and requires a meta data file in csv format
