This project is an application developed using .NET Core. In the project, IMemoryCache and Serilog libraries are used for memory caching and logging operations. In addition, custom middleware pipelines have been written to control and manage these operations. The aim of the project is to demonstrate how to use memory caching and logging mechanisms
