This is a Google Colab notebook version of an OpenAI cookbook exercise, in which the o1 model api is used to create sophisticated agentic routines (sets of instructions) which can be used for advanced process automation in a customer support context. I made subtle modifications to the original code so that it runs really easily in Colab.
